My Logical Review for the Logic based Movie, Orange!

Last week my friend asked me to join him for the movie Orange and I couldn’t because of my schedule. Sorry my dear friend and Mr. Naga Babu. I am sorry for this gentleman for I have watched the movie, without patronizing my telugu film through the proper channel (let us contain the secret).

The movie is a stress buster (if not for what I’ll tell you later) with good music and glazy quality which is one of the parameters I adore giving weight to, in rating a movie. After reverberating success of Magadheera, Ram Charan should certainly be praised for trying a contemporary genre, well divergent from the blockbuster and proving him in that.

Thanks Genillia for standing on my side. The last time I argued with my friends during the movie Bommarillu, that she is a fantastic example for what is called over-acting, I was firmly rebuked. This time she stood strongly for my point in her own effortless way. Funny though!

I somehow didn’t digest what is tried to be conveyed by this director neither in Bommarillu nor in this movie. Now, the concept certainly generated enough heat for debates and also I have seen few of my very logical friends (or at least as they claim) supporting the concept strongly on facebook and wheresoever and taunting me to write this piece.

The protagonist tries to ascertain that no matter how true be your love is, it sustains for a finite time. Forgive me if you think that is not the area of my expertise to involve in a debate. But if you want to be surprised “it is!” and so is it for anyone of us. The love I know is from the way I love my parents, my brother, my sister and my relatives and last but not least my friends no matter what may happen in the course of time. If love that is shown in all movies as chemistry between hero and heroine is much comparable to my love as it is strong enough to bias your mind making the partner a family member, then I wonder how you could still say that it sustains for finite time only.

Over years I see that my love is the same as it was and I miss my loves no matter how many days I am away from them. I see the same love in their eyes when I return to them. So why not the love they call as love between the two pakodees, doesn’t sustain infinitely unless it has darker fundamental motives than projected on face?! My say is if it doesn’t stay it is not love by any logical definition. I reserve from naming that otherwise. Somebody stop me now , I am breathing fast with tightened fist to deliver a punch right on his nose so that he bleeds for a finite amount of time and I regain my cool lost in the patience spent to watch until the even clumsier climax.

The climax is a solution based on finite increment-quasi continuous scheme to prolong the love to the eternity! My hair follicle!!! (Forgive my expression; I can’t be cruder than this!) But still go and watch the movie for those two paragraphs on the top, if you haven’t yet! Hence is the rating 2paras/6paras i.e., 1/3J!!!

  1. Here you go..I was expecting this post from u and checking your facebook for the link from few days..finally its here..1st thing don't get the love towards your blood relations into this...second one coming to the point,The director tries to narrate the fact that no one will agree the fact that you will get separated if you get some clashes between you at the time of proposal. If things go bad despite of what they had expected to be any pair will get separated as a fact that they can't live happily staying with each other. Many pairs today are getting separated despite the love they have. Even loving the other person beyond the limits restricting the other person from thinking individually also causes break ups. That doesn't mean that its not true love.So final point is director tries to say that when you don't know how the life gonna change between you why don't you agree the fact that you get separated at the time of proposal and be truthful to your love..he doesn't say the point that every love remains for finite amount of time.If you remember the final dialog hero says when police asks him why do you love for some finite amount of time and increase the time slowly he says "nenoka samudrani chudali" that means infinite love making it interesting and short and sweet every time...Different people take the movie in different ways based on their experiences and even you write as the way you see the world. i don't blame you for writing your opinion, but i blame you for "I have seen few of my very logical friends (or at least as they claim) supporting the concept strongly on facebook and wheresoever and taunting me to write this piece."
I have seen few of my very logical friends getting irritated with the concept strongly on blogs and wheresoever and taunting me to write this
    Thanks

  4. Well, glad that my blog called for some attention! :) Since you associate those utterances to you, I should apologise for the harshness in the references or if it is just you who is drawing the association form those statements, I guess I don't even need to ask for an apology since at the end it is you! :)

  5. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose.. I don't wanna complicate this now, I just wanna say when you are writing something in your blog don't point out some one before you write your view and make them a reason for your blog..If you do so, its not your opinion that drives the blog it's the anger on someone that drives it changing the entire point of blogging...
    Thanks :)

  6. Itz not the anger that has motivated this blog either! It is the heat generated by the concept at varied other places is what has been the reason for the blog... I now stay surprised why did you expect that I would write in response to what you have maintained... In fact, I have just pennend something out in few mins last night, but have not out built that in due course or out of reasons you were expecting while checking on my responses... I guess may be the same reason for why you were checking on me, stands for why you thought itz anger driven blog which it is not!!!

  7. ...and if the verbose swerved the purpose, I'll try to refine my writing skills. Thanks for the feedback! After all, writers need readers :)

  9. Fully agree with Sujay :-)

And bro, watch the movie (ignoring Genelia's so called action) couple more times.. you will get the point...

Loving someone is not same as thinking that you love them (rather keeping that love for yourself and letting them decrypt ur minds hidden secret)...
And there is no harm expressing your love in, as termed by you 'finite increment-quasi continuous scheme' (which unfortunately is your hair follicle!)
